Job Overview:
Our Plant Care Specialists are professionals responsible for maintaining the health, appearance, and vitality of unique plants within our accounts and providing excellent customer service to our luxury clientele. Part time & full time available (16 - 32 hrs/wk)
➤ Experience with plants IS REQUIRED.Responsibilities:
Plant Maintenance
Using the proper tools while watering, fertilizing and pruning plants to ensure optimal health.
Monitoring plants for signs of disease, pests, and nutritional deficiencies, and taking appropriate action.
Pest and Disease Management
Identifying and treating pests using appropriate solutions.
Implementing integrated pest management (IPM) practices
Plant Selection and Installation
Have an understanding of appropriate plants for specific environments, considering factors like light and space.
Customer Interaction
Providing advice and guidance to clients on plant care.
Communicating with clients to understand their preferences and adjusting care plans accordingly.
Record Keeping and Reporting
Maintaining detailed records of plant care activities, treatments applied, and any issues observed.
Tools and Equipment
Properly caring for equipment used in plant care and always keeping a clean space.
Must be able to lift up to 40lbs
Must be able to carry, maneuver and properly use a 6ft. ladder
Requirements & Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of plant biology and horticulture practices
Attention to detail and observation skills to detect early signs of plant issues.
Physical stamina, as the job will involve lifting, bending, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members and our high end clientele.
Be resourceful and have problem-solving capabilities
Drive a reliable car (we offer mileage reimbursement)
Live within 45 minute commute to our showroom (Los Angeles, CA 90036)
Have experience working in customer service, hospitality or the service industry.

Job Overview:
The Haus Plant has quickly become a leader in high-end interior and exterior plantscapes for our commercial and residential clientele. We are looking for a motivated, experienced, and detail-oriented Installation Lead to join our scaling team. The ideal candidate will have a love for and knowledge of plants, a strong work ethic, and a proven track record in leading installation projects.Responsibilities:
Lead and execute plant/vessel installations according to the design plan, ensuring each project meets our high standards and client expectations.
Load, unload, and transport plants, vessels, and installation materials to various job sites, which involves lifting heavy items (100 lbs+).
Collaborate closely with the design team to understand project specifications and address any challenges during the installation process.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience in design installation, construction, landscaping, or a related field, along with experience with plants or horticulture.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with team members and clients.
Physical ability to lift heavy items and perform manual labor for extended periods.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record, means of transportation to showroom location in West Hollywood, and being comfortable driving a Box Truck.
